Merry Christmas, Here's a Story I Wrote for You [Download Here]

To my family and friends,

I wrote a new Christmas story just for you and I hope it brings you Christmas cheer.

I'll never forget the long days we spent at our grandparents house around holidays. One of my early memories was putting on an impromptu Christmas play at my Gammie and Grandpa's house. We grabbed towels as costumes, hastily rehearsed lines, and yelled at each other for not sticking to the non-existent script.

It was magical.

I'll never forget the moment of having our family watch us creating a story out of nothing. And it was a story that mattered. It was one that brought our family together.

Here, then, is my attempt to recreate that feeling. It is my gift to you, my family, in thanks for the many years you've been family to me.

Oh! And some context. If you've been following my fiction project called Paranormal Dinner Club, this is set in the same world. But it is a prequel and doesn't require you to know anything about the other project. All you need to know is laid out in the Editor's Note from The Invisible Man.

What's the story like you ask? Well, perhaps I'll tell you what it has in it and you can decide for yourself? There is a young man trying to steal something valuable, a fancy Christmas party, a charming Christmas town, a mechanical marvel, an evil plot, a dangerous power, a surprise announcement of engagement, a chase, and a climactic fight. So if you like any of those things I think you'll like it.
